At times, you lift people up when they are down, you cheer people up when they are sad, you help people when they....

But, most of the time,
When you are down, no one seems to be there to lift you up,
When you are sad, no one seems to be there to cheer you up,
When you are in need of guidance, no one is there to help you...

This might not be applicable to the lucky ones but it certainly do apply to me ):
