For those who has poor eyesight and can't read the mail properly, hold down "Ctrl" and Scroll Down with ur mouse roller.
Notice the words that i bold and underline. At least this shows that they are not using an automated reply. xD ok now. I don't really like this reply. They give me a feeling that I'm the one who doesn't know how to use the internet, I'm staying at an area that has no bmobile network coverage. FYI, I live just ONE MINUTE away from KB town. -_-"
They are upgrading to the network to 7.2mbps and I'm predicting that it will only be available to certain areas - Bandar's town center.
Even when the signal bar is full, it does not mean there is problem with

What the hell does this mean? Anyone care to elaborate to me? The sentence following that quoted one is very very stupid. If many users are using the network, the 3.6mbps will reduce to 1.0kbps. thats 100BYTES per second. Oh yea, even at THREE A.M. the speed is ZERO kbps. Who the hell is using the internet at that time? Even if there is, it would only be a handful.
We hope the above explaination helps. We thank you for choosing our

And no, it didn't help me AT ALL!! What else can I do if I don't continue using this service? My mum has already paid for FOUR FUCKING YEARS of contract. -_-" Bullshit people making bullshit replies.
